At Betano, we apply a payment method correlation policy to ensure the security of all transactions, protect user funds, and mitigate fraud risks.
What does this policy mean?
Funds must be withdrawn using verified methods that are directly linked to the account holder. This allows us to:
Guarantee: Ensure that funds are sent exclusively to the registered account holder.
Protection: Prevent unauthorized use of balances.
Compliance: Meet strict security and fraud prevention regulations in the province of Mendoza.
How is it applied?
In the province of Mendoza, the withdrawal processing flow operates under a unique transfer-based model:
- Regardless of your deposit method: Whether you deposited via bank transfer or Mercado Pago wallet, withdrawals in Mendoza are processed exclusively via bank transfer (CBU, CVU, or Alias).
Important: The destination account selected for your transfer must be in your name, and its CUIT/CUIL must match 100% with the one registered on your Betano account. Transfers to third-party accounts will be automatically rejected.
Withdrawal Progress Tracker
You can check the status of your verification by going to My Account > History > Transactions:
Withdrawal in Progress / Reviewing Your Withdrawal: Our team is verifying that your destination CBU/CVU complies with security and ownership requirements. Your request is safe and is in a normal processing stage.
Action Required: If your withdrawal is paused in this status, it means you must go to the verification menu and upload proof of your CBU/CVU so we can confirm account ownership.
