The processing time depends on the selected withdrawal method. You can find all the information about the processing times for each payment method here. The final time for the funds to be credited depends exclusively on your bank’s processing times.
How to Request a Withdrawal
Login: Sign in to your Betano account.
Path: Go to My Account > Transactions > Withdrawal.
Method: Select the Bank Transfer (CBU/CVU/Alias) option.
Details: Choose the account type, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and click "Withdraw".
Mandatory Requirements Before Receiving Your Funds
To prevent the system from pausing your funds for security reasons, make sure you meet the following three conditions:
Method Verification: To withdraw funds to your CBU/CVU, you must first have made at least one successful deposit using that exact same method.
Wagering Requirement: You must wager 100% of your total deposit before you can request a withdrawal (in accordance with Term 4.8).
Bonus Alert: If you have active bonuses, requesting a withdrawal will automatically and irreversibly cancel the bonus and all winnings generated from it.
Withdrawal Progress Tracker
You can check the status of your withdrawal by going to My Account > History > Transactions, where you will see the Withdrawal Progress Tracker with the following official stages:
Action Required: Your withdrawal is temporarily on hold because identity verification documents or proof of ownership of your destination CBU/CVU are missing. You will see a direct button to upload the missing document and automatically resume the process.
Withdrawal in Progress / Reviewing Your Withdrawal: Your request has been successfully received by our system and is currently queued for Betano’s internal security review. At this stage, you can still cancel it manually so the funds return to your real-money balance.
Withdrawal Being Processed / Finalizing Your Withdrawal: Final stage! Betano has approved and sent your funds to your bank account. At this point, the process is in your bank’s hands, and the cancellation button will no longer be available because the funds are already on their way.
