Once you're registered in the Registro Único de Autoexclusión de Mendoza (RUAM), you cannot cancel the self-exclusion on your own, as it is a binding measure managed by the Instituto Provincial de Juegos y Casinos (IPJyC).
The only way to reverse it is through a court order.
