When is an account considered inactive?
An account is considered inactive if it shows no activity for a continuous period of 11 months, including:
- Not logging in
- Not placing bets
- Not making deposits or withdrawals
- Not participating in any games or promotions
Is any fee charged?
No. Even if your account is considered inactive after that time, you will not be charged any fees, and your available balance remains untouched.
How to avoid your account becoming inactive
To keep your account active, simply perform at least one action within 12 months, such as:
- Logging into your account
- Placing a bet
- Making a deposit or withdrawal
