If you have a complaint, grievance, or disagreement related to games, transactions, or other Betano services, you can submit it directly from your account. We do our best to resolve each case as quickly as possible.
How does the process work?
- Complete the complaint form as soon as possible after the event, including a detailed summary of the situation, the time, the reasons, and all relevant information.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your unique reference number (ID) to track the complaint.
- Betano will resolve your complaint within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt and will inform you of the resolution.
⚠️ Complaints must be filed within 3 months following the occurrence of the problem.
What if you are not satisfied with the resolution?
If you are not satisfied with Betano's response, you can direct your complaint directly to the competent regulatory authority: Provincial Institute of Games and Casinos of the Province of Mendoza
