To play on Betano Mendoza from an iPhone or an iPad, enable the device's location services and give the Betano app or your browser permission to use them. The names of the options may vary depending on the model and iOS version. If you've already enabled everything but the app or website can't detect your location, see “Why can't I verify my location?”.
How to enable location on iPhone or iPad
To enable location services and give the Betano app or your browser permission on an iPhone or iPad, follow these steps. They also apply if the device can't detect your location or if you're having trouble verifying your location.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
- Turn on Location Services.
- Scroll down until you find the browser or app you want to use.
- Select one of the options: Always or While Using the App.
- Turn on Precise Location.
- Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on, even if you're connected to the internet using mobile data. The device needs to detect multiple nearby Wi-Fi networks for location to work correctly.
- Completely close the app or browser and reopen it so Betano Mendoza can try to verify your location again.
If you play from a browser instead of the app, click the icon that appears to the left of the site address (a padlock or settings icon), open the site settings, and set Location to Allow. Then reload the Betano Mendoza page.
