To ensure location works properly on your Android device, follow these steps:
Enable location services:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Location
- Turn on the Use location option
Improve location accuracy:
- Go to Settings > Location services > Improve accuracy
- Enable the options to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
App permissions:
- Go to Settings > Location > App permissions
- Select the Betano app
- We recommend choosing "Allow only while using the app" and enabling Use precise location
Other useful tips:
- Keep Wi-Fi turned on, even if you're using mobile data
- Make sure your device can detect multiple nearby Wi-Fi networks
On Android tablets, the steps are the same as above.
