To play Betano Mendoza from a computer with Windows, enable Windows location services and allow your browser to use your location. The names of the options may vary depending on your version of Windows. If you have already enabled everything and the site still can't detect your location, see “Why can't I verify my location?”.
How to Enable Location on Windows
To enable location on a Windows computer and play Betano Mendoza, first enable Windows location services and then allow your browser to use them:
- Go to Start → Settings → Privacy & security → Location.
- Enable the Allow access to location on this device option.
- Scroll down to Choose which apps can access your location and enable it for your browser.
- Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on. In Windows 10, go to Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi. In Windows 11, right-click the Start menu and go to Network connections.
If your browser can't detect your location or you accidentally blocked permission, click the icon that appears to the left of the site address (a lock or settings icon), go to the site settings, and set Location to Allow. Then reload the Betano Mendoza page.
What to Check If Windows Can't Detect Your Location Correctly
If your Windows computer can't detect your location correctly or detects it inaccurately, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on, even if you're connected to the internet using a cable (Ethernet). Location verification on a computer uses several nearby Wi-Fi networks, and you don't need to be connected to any of them. If your computer doesn't have Wi-Fi, use a phone or tablet, or connect a USB Wi-Fi adapter.
Then, close the browser completely, reopen it, and go to Betano Mendoza again. Remember that you must be physically located within Mendoza for your location to be verified. If the problem continues, see “Why can't my PC or Mac detect my location correctly?”.
