To disable a VPN or proxy and verify your location on Betano Mendoza, follow the steps for your device.
To disable a VPN:
- On any device: open the VPN app and tap Disconnect.
- On Android: go to Settings → Network & internet → Advanced → VPN and disconnect the VPN.
- On iPhone (iOS): go to Settings → VPN and turn off the VPN.
- On a computer: close the VPN app and check your system's network settings to make sure no VPN remains connected.
To disable a proxy:
- On Android: go to Settings → Network & internet, tap the Wi-Fi network you're connected to, and select Advanced options → Proxy → None.
- On iPhone (iOS): go to Settings → Wi-Fi, tap the network you're connected to, and set HTTP Proxy to Off.
Before verifying your location again, make sure there are no VPN or proxy processes running in the background. Then, completely close the app or browser and open it again.
