You can view all available options under My Account > Player Protection. From there, you’ll be able to take a break, block specific products, use the quick exit button, or permanently self-exclude.
What options do I have to close my account or take a break?
Quick Exit button
This button is visible across all platforms and allows you to log out instantly and block access to your account for 12 hours.
- Press and hold the button for at least 1 second.
- A confirmation popup will appear.
- If confirmed, your session will close and you won’t be able to log in for 12 hours.
- Once that time has passed, your account will be reactivated automatically.
- You won’t receive a notification when the block ends.
Take a Break
You can temporarily pause your account with no need to provide a reason. The available options are:
- 24 hours
- 1 week
- 1 month
- 6 weeks
During the selected period:
- You’ll only be able to log in to withdraw funds or view your history.
- The break cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Your account will be automatically reactivated at the end of the selected time.
Activity Block
This feature allows you to block access to Casino or Sportsbook individually, while keeping access to other areas of your account.
- You can enable or disable this option at any time.
- No explanation is required.
- If you try to access a blocked product, a message will notify you of the restriction.
Permanent self-exclusion (RUAM)
If you want to stop gambling permanently, you can register with the Registro Único de Autoexclusión de Mendoza (RUAM), managed by the Instituto Provincial de Juegos y Casinos (IPJyC).
How to register:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Account > Profile > Player Protection > Self-exclusion.
- Click the link to the official IPJyC website and complete the registration process.
What happens after registration:
- You won’t be able to place bets, make deposits, or create new accounts.
- You’ll still be able to access your account to review your history or request withdrawals.
- You’ll be excluded from all promotions and marketing communications.
- A message will appear any time you try to take a restricted action.
Important:
- You can select a self-exclusion period of up to 5 years.
- It cannot be canceled unless ordered by a court.
- Your RUAM status is checked:
- When registering or logging in
- Every 6 hours while logged in
- Before deposits, withdrawals, or account changes
- All information related to RUAM records will be stored for 6 years after account closure.
