When will I receive my prize?
Prizes are credited within 48 hours after the tournament ends. Some prizes may be subject to taxes.
What happens if a question is canceled?
If a question cannot be settled, it will be removed from the tournament. Your final score will be calculated using only the remaining valid questions, so you won’t lose points for something beyond your control.
What happens if a match is suspended?
If a match is definitively suspended for any reason, such as weather conditions or a player injury, the total prize for the Classic Edition will not be awarded.
What time do predictions close?
Closing times are based on the scheduled start times of events and may be adjusted by Betano. The official closing time is always the one recorded in the Betano system.
Are there restrictions to participate?
Customers who have self-excluded from sports betting products will not be able to participate in the tournaments. If you win a prize but have already been excluded at the time of awarding, the prize will not be granted.
